Feature Request: Implement Entity Number #412

Describe the solution you'd like For some fields a Number entity (RW) instead of a Sensor (RO) would make sense. Mentioned here https://github.com/audiconnect/audi_connect_ha/issues/404 from @mpredfearn

Just an FYI... On our Audi Q4, the range is 50 to 100 with steps of 10.
