Status 502 while updating `preheater` #458

Describe the bug Since the last update I've started seeing this. Isn't really a problem for me. Only reporting this because the error states that I should.

This error originated from a custom integration.

To Reproduce None

Expected behavior My car doesn't support preheating. So this shouldn't be enabled I guess?

Same issue with an Audi Q4 etron.

My car does support preheat (more correct would be remote-activation-of-aircon as it can also lower the temp).
