Opting to keep this effect in place. This also works for called moves (metronome).

The original issue was marked wontfix because I classified it as a called move like metronome. and while I think the case of called moves still stands as disconnected from the original move, 2-turn moves or moves that take a longer period of time are still close enough by human judgment to be considered that move.
