Feature request: ability to restrict certain party members from entering a dungeon

Details:

• Reasonable filters:
  • Is X type
  • Is evolved/fully evolved/unevolved
  • Is Legendary, Mythical, Ultra Beast, Paradox, etc.
  • Has the ability X
  • Is one of these species/forms
• Should have both an "allow only" and "block specifically" capability.
  • Both should be usable at the same time
  • Example: Allow only Dragon-types and Charizard, do not allow any Ghost-types or Eternatus
• Applies to the list of Roguelocke starters too
