Girafarig cannot evolve into Farigiraf as it doesn't get Twin Beam in its learnset, despite sprites existing for Farigiraf

Two ways to approach this:

Add the move to the learnset of the base pokemon and change nothing else, leaving it at Gen6. Advantage is that the base mon does not lose out on dexited moves.
Upgrade the entire evo tree to the generation containing the evo. Advantage to this is consistency of the moveset. It is on a definitive generation instead of a weird combination.

Decide on this later.

Primeape and Girafarig can be safely updated to their gen9 counterparts.

Stantler doesn't even get psyshield bash outside of LA and thus cannot even evolve into wyrdeer in the current generation. (???)

Also, Dipplin will require Dragon Cheer to be learned from some source.
