Feature Request: Native Partner in PMDO via Start Params (maybe)
An idea was to have a list of partners next to the player selection. upon starting a new game, you can choose for a partner of your choice (from the list). a single entry would skip the question, multiple bring up a menu like for the starter choice (if there are multiple)
ideas for the settings:
Required Teammate makes so they cannot be put out of the team
Follow in Ground Maps enables the follow AI automatically
Spawn Marker Suffix can be configured to know on which marker the partner is supposed to spawn relative to the player (if player spawns on Entry_West, Partner with suffix _Partner will spawn on the Marker Entry_West_Partner)
one thing thats not on there might be the faint in dungeons when partner/player dies
since a lot of romhacks/mods have a partner, having to implement them everytime from scratch is very annoying, so a native system could definetly help make it more user friendly
