Adds code analysis via Roslyn analyzers with CodeCracker and StyleCop

Progress:

Primary goals:

• [x] Pass all CodeCracker warnings
• [x] Pass all StyleCop warnings not related to documentation
• [x] Fix examples and unit tests broken by minor refactors

  Secondary goals:

• Refactor easily resolved code smells found along the way
• Make code and API usage more consistent
• Improve general readability

Breaking changes:

• Capitalization of protected properties changed from camelCase to PascalCase
• Setters for several properties removed. I held back for compatibility, but there's still a few left, which can be reverted if need be.

Goals for later PRs:

Pass all StyleCop documentation warnings

• Requires documentation of all public classes, properties, methods, parameters, etc.
• Prerequisite for autogenerated documentation

  Replace SpawnRangeList with interface

• Read-only ISpawnLookup and read/write ISpawnDictionary interfaces
• Write dictionary-based and BST-based implementations

  Refactor IPermissiveRoomGen

• An empty interface to enforce static typing is a bit of a hack... there has to be a better way
