Can the MUSHRA scales be made horizontal instead of vertical? #85

Hey,

I will like to make a horizontal orientation for the sliders in the MUSHRA test. I need this so as to have more resolution in the slider ratings as most monitors are landscape-style. Seems this can a bit of work to tweak the code. Is this already an option in the current code? I will appreciate any inputs.

@neerajww Is there a reason why the sliders are oriented vertical given by the ITU? If yes i would suggest to stick this recommendation.

In any case, I would not be able to provide an implementation, so please feel free to provide a PR
