[enhancement] Add the ability to specify public/private vlan by name instead of id #14

I have bcr01a/fcr01a in one of the accounts, but in the other one it's bcr02a/fcr02a.

I just got a reply from SL support, figured out its the router hostname (details in forum post). Should have a proof of concept in a day or two now that I have all the pieces.

I have both in my one account. I was trying to use this to get a predictable IP but it looks like that's not possible in SL which amazes me. So I don't think I'll be using this afterall but I'm still happy to help with your development efforts and be a tester etc.
