This merges the first release of the SoftLayer credentials manager tool to allow managing/changing all credentials (passwordss) in SoftLayer except for webcc passwords. Unlike the Python CLI tool, this one is aimed at bulk updating to allow updating Software passwords of servers in the portal all at once if they use the same password for example.
