As part of the ongoing archive project, we've moved from Mailchimp to Email Octopus as the latter allows us to use custom templates with a free account. Sadly Moose Mail, Penguin Pinger, Mongoose Marketing, and Wombat Webmail didn't fit the bill.
This PR strips down the newsletter component, replacing an embedded Mailchimp signup form with a link to an Email Octopus one.
