Starting out with electron-webpack, implementing Michael's figma design

Pretty close on this. Just need to get the slider toggles that michael has in figma implemented. Once that's done will have a first pass ui done. Its not really functional right now, but that won't be hard to do. The react components are written in such a way that getting it to function shouldn't be tough at all.

Asthetics are pretty much there, not sure if I should close this until it also integrates with the native code or create a new issue. I'll try to decide later. I don't really have much of a theory of how I'm using issues right now, so it doesn't really matter that much anyways, but whatever.
