Hey - (little new to GIT so sorry if this isn't correct standards)

I'm a designer and was making a Favicon. When I finished, I decided to make a file that has a guideline for making future Favicons based on all of the information in your site. Hopefully this will help take away some of the grunt work in building favicons.
