Refreshing the favicon (docs addition) #67

In my experience, visiting the actual favicon link will also cause your browser to update it's cache.

  1. Visit example.com and see old favicon
  2. Update the favicon & redeploy
  3. Visit example.com and still see old favicon
  4. Visit example.com/favicon.ico to view the actual image in your browser
  5. Visit example.com and see the new favicon
