Only a minor point, and I didn't want to go in and edit myself, but with regards to the copy I would personally suggest removing the references to people being 'obsessive' for including additional sizes. It's not about how obsessed you are, it's about what your use-case is and the context. I think this wording discourages people from providing what are in many cases the appropriate favicons for the situation (and in 2017, that's a lot more than just an ico file).
