Add a gitignore file. #10

There are several files created by Makefile.PL and t/wrap.pl that shouldn't be checked into the repository.

@bk2204 thank you for the submission. It looks like Audrey added a .gitignore and the only thing missing is Module-Signature-*.tar.gz so I am closing this PR. Sorry for the delay - I will likely add the missing ignore in the next release
