Audrius, I spoke to Karolis about it and we're going to compile these tags for skills and certs from OneShiftJobs, meaning we copy their tags, and build our own from there.
The tags for these categories will need to be visible from the backend, we want to be able to see how many times they have been used an add more tags as well for these fields.
