what happens with interview invite #6

Ok so when an employer invites a candidate for an interview, there should be a time and date + location pop up, (I really like the way it works on Google Calendar), and then the info is sent as an email template to the candidate, with the details, and the candidate can then accept, reject, or request a different time. the whole system is reflected on the dashboards of both parties, and they get a reminder 24 hours and 1 hour before the interview timeslot.

If there are more than 1 interview scheduled for the next day, they get a summary of interviews they have the next day and not 2+ individual emails about interviews, but they still get 1 reminder an hour before each individual interview.
