Ability to maximize army value by a certain time #174

It would be neat if there was a way to maximize army value like... @ 4 minutes.

yeah, uhm. lets, say, that early game, you don't really care what you have just 
as long as it's a lot. Like, my current 4v4 strat, is to make as many attacking 
units as you can (with a decent econ) by 4 minutes. Meet somewhere, and just 
sweep across the the enemy bases. But we want to know what sort of unit 
compositions we can get by around 4 minutes. 

Currently, i've been just putting numbers in the evo chamber, seeing what 
happens, and I've come up with this so far: 3 roaches at 3:57, 3 banelings at 
3:56 (for terran wall off, of course), 16 speedlings at 4:17.

So, I think it would be interesting to see what a genetic algorithm could come 
up with for super early game stuff.
