It could accept a constrained base setup like this:
1 base
2 hatcheries

or

1 base
1 lair
1 hatchery

It would be nice if it differentiated between mineral patches that you've 
expanded to ("bases") and the number of Hatcheries/Lairs/Hives you want to 
build.  This would allow for builds that have multiple Hatcheries inside of the 
same base.  Right now, I believe it assumes you want only one Hatchery per base.
