Inaccurate supply count when making Banelings #188

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run simulation that creates Banelings

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I don't believe Banelings diminish supply, but that's what the build order
assumes.

See sample:
@4:48   Spawned:    @Hatchery #1 Larva +1
@4:48   M:322   G:125   L:1 S:23/26 Build Zergling
@4:57   Spawned:    Zergling+2
@5:03   Spawned:    @Hatchery #1 Larva +2
@5:03   Spawned:    Baneling Nest+1
@5:03   M:385   G:153   L:2 S:24/26 Build Zergling
@5:03   M:335   G:153   L:1 S:25/26 Build Baneling
@5:03   M:310   G:128   L:1 S:24/26 Build Baneling
@5:03   M:285   G:103   L:1 S:24/26 Build Baneling
@5:03   M:260   G:78    L:1 S:23/26 Build Baneling
@5:03   M:235   G:53    L:1 S:23/26 Build Baneling
@5:03   M:210   G:28    L:1 S:22/26 Build Zergling
@5:04   Spawned:    @Hatchery #1 Larva +2
@5:04   Spawned:    @Hatchery #1 Larva +1
@5:04   M:167   G:30    L:3 S:23/26 Build Zergling
@5:04   M:117   G:30    L:2 S:24/26 Build Zergling
@5:04   M:67    G:30    L:1 S:25/26 Build Baneling
@5:05   M:50    G:7 L:1 S:25/26 Build Zergling

It appears that with each baneling, the system diminishes the supply count by
half a supply or 1 zergling worth. Maybe this is how it works and I never
noticed.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
version 23, Windows 7 64 bit

Just notices this is being fixed in version 24. I will begin working with this
beta release now. Still a wicked awesome program!

No, you're not crazy. This is not normal behavior.
