Cannot stop mining gas at a specific time #194

Many opening builds rely on getting exactly 100 gas followed by a stop in gas 
mining, Metabolic Boost and an expansion. It is currently not possible to 
research such builds optimally since gas will be continually mined until the 
goal is met.

The easiest way to test it is to just start a super simple build of only 
Zerglings, Metabolic Boost and 1 Extractor. Gas will be continually mined even 
though there is no need for it at the current tech level.

Suggested solution: one or two new fields to input data. 
1) "Stop mining gas after" (measured in gas)
2) "Restart mining gas at" (measured in game time)

Problems that would remain include the fact that you often don't base gas 
restarting in game time, but with triggers, for example the moment you put down 
a roach warren.

What happens if you create waypoints?
Waypoint 1 : 100gaz 1extractor
Waypoint 2 : 0 extractor  ; you obviously have 1 but it might ignore it somehow.
I'm not a coder, i shouldn't answer that, but it's just an idea that might get 
some intersting result.

At this point that does not seem to work, since it does have the one extractor 
from earlier. Sometimes if you look at what the computer is trying when 
calculating you can see it pulling guys off gas, but it doesn't seem to do that 
normally.

Also, in v0026 that I have you can't enter gas values in the waypoints.
