Application window has no title

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run the application
2. Observe the Windows task bar
3. Observe the upper left corner of the app

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see the application name in that region. Instead there is blank 
space.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

version 0002 on MS Windows Vista Home Premium SP2

java version "1.6.0_21"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.6.0_21-b07)
Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (build 17.0-b17, mixed mode, sharing)
