Ineffecient Gas timing

it is never worth it to make an early gas and put one drone on it.
Better to make a later gas, and put 3 drones on it when you do make it, because 
the drones could have been mining minerals to make more drones, there by 
increasing future income and maximizing resources.

In almost all gas heavy builds the calc seems to favor a very early gas with 
one drone.

Havent checked all inclusively, but in most cases an early gas with one drone, 
and more put on incrementally is inferior to a later gas with three drones on 
it asap.

I already added an option to "Only pull/push workers in batches of 3", it's on 
the svn, not the official version
