I have encountered an issue when attempting a BMD analysis on the same example data set, but using BMDExpress 2.2 on different platforms; OSX 10.13.6 and Windows 10. I've attached the example data set below (it is 'example data 1.txt' as provided by the BMDExpress website).
The issue I observe is that on the OSX version of the software, none of the models (hill, power, linear, polyN, expN) appear to be applied/fit. On the Windows version, the models are applied. I've attached the two relevant .bm2 files from the OSX and Windows versions below into a compressed .zip file (bmdexpress_2p2_example_data_1.zip).
I've attached a comparison of the benchmark dose analysis panel for these two .bm2 project files.
WINDOWS Version:
OSX Version:
My understanding is that the OSX and Windows versions should produce only slightly different results due to floating point precision being different on the different platforms, but this appears to be a different issue; none of the model 'versions' seem to be recognised for the OSX version.
Let me know if any further information is required.
