Check for overwhelming use of title attibutes #21

There are so many cases of nested title attributes and places, where it's complete useless. Needs discussion and investigation.

Years later …

With PR #46 I removed many of the title-attributes. Only the cases, where there is no plain text to name i. e. a link I left the title until we find a better solution.
