Fix: check for valid URL failed in case of empty string (not given URL) #58

When one did not specify a URL for the own website, the script generates an empty string in the appropriate variable. Because of the check for the existence of the variable the follwong check for a valid URL failes in every case, even one did not want to give a URL.
