Weird behavior regarding two digital items

Since our staging system has two digital items right now, something is messed up and not clearly separated.

When I buy the current digital newspaper item (Digi Zeitung PDF), I have no option to change my mail.
When I buy the old digital newspaper, which is no newspaper anymore, I still have the option to change my mail...
