This is similar to the map functions, but doesn't use the google map code.

Objects (NPCs, Items, Nodes) can be dragged to the qr code tab to create a
QR Link that can be printed and placed in a physical place.

QR Code Indexes can be any short string, but by default are assigned a
random 4 digit number. Editors need to be able to change this code.
