[Feature Request] Allow customization for small screen space #63

On small screens in a horizontal gallery, the windrose is barely visible. Allowing to hide the cardinal letters on the outside would provide more room for the windrose. The labels are overlapping and can't be read. To be able to read, they should only be drawn if they are not overlapping. The text in the horizontal bar is hard to read, it would be easier if the font is a little bit smaller if the section become small, e.g. 30px.

I'm sorry, did not see your PR until know. I changed it to SVG rendering. Does this fix the small screen problemen?

Added the option the hide the cardinal direction label.

Not responsive yet.
