Provide a way to send and receive ota messages for testing.

while mycato is running and cato is connected:

open Dev Tools console
ptpDebug=true
ptpSend(cmdString)

The cmdString will be queued and transferred asynchronously to Cato by PTP. Responses from Cato will be logged on the console split on MTU boundaries. PTP ACK and NACK packets will also be logged.
