Every time a new person joins the whiteboard it redraws #24

steps to repro:

  1. Open up the demo.html in one window
  2. Start drawing
  3. Join the demo from another window
  4. Refresh the new window several times

Result: Every time you refresh the second window it redraws again in the first window.
