What versions of the Net Framework are supported?

Currently .NET 4.5 + supported. The NFX itself run on Mono 3+, however the public tool chain is Win only for now. We are waiting for Core stabilization especially in the serialization part. Roadmap: NFX will run on NET, Mono and Core.
