Fix > Update commitee members

Description: currently committee photos are out of date. Can we have committee members that we have photos of and just names of the others? Also, photos should be stored not in the public folder but on google drive and shipped in via a URL link.

Acceptance criteria:

• Photo updated to latest committee members.
• Link photos within website/photos folder in our google drive.
• Add a small description for each member like other clubs do.
