User is not active #100

Hi :)

New user here. Just got it running on unraid and pointing to my Tautulli. All green lights, but upon login with the admin account it says that cant find the user ,

Something wrong on my end?

Are you able to access the JSON files? Can you check if the admin file username is the same as the on you are using?

Hi, thanks for the quick reply.

I can access them and upon searching for the admin user (the same i do the login with plex auth) both the name and email from admin.json corresponds to the user.json and is correct.

Are you trying to log into the admin account on the front page? Where exactly is the login issue?

on the front page it pop's up with the plex authentication so i login with my plex account
