@topiga Blur my shell had issues with rounded corners on dash-to-dock for a long while. I would recommend just disabling blur for it and making the dock opaque.
OP seems to have a different issue, because their blurred area is straight up excessive and not part of the dock at all.

Duplicate of #248 and #8 I think #8 is being used to track this issue.
The README has a note on it, so I guess opaque dock for now.

I am using the Blur my Shell v54 and Dash to Dock v89. And I would appreciate if you would just give them both a chance without graphic artifacts)

It should only cover the borders of the dock, not beyond it.
