Unblurred line between maximized window and panel (Dash to panel) #665

Update 67 Doesn't fix the unblurred line between the panel and a maximized window, or at least not if you're using Dash to panel this can be seen in the screenshot I provided:

I have this issue on my main system, and I was able to reproduced this issue under a virtual machine.

I can confirm however that update 67 does fix this for the regular top panel.
