Update the runtimes #41

While we are at it (https://github.com/aunetx/deezer-linux/issues/39), could you update the runtimes as well?

It uses 21.08, and is the only flatpak app that uses that old runtimes, everything else moved to newer 22,08

Hello, I will think about it for the next update! (I don't create one right now because the repository will explode if I publish too much... we are already at 2.2 GB, I should really try to publish it to flathub so I can remove the flatpak repo from here)
