Make Impala run under a security manager #182

Some of the operations performed with Impala - e.g setting thread context
class loader - invoking private methods - are not automatically allowed
when running under a security manager ie using the -Djava.security.manager
switch.

Should be able to run Impala with this switch enabled without any special
policies set up to overcome security manager restrictions.

Moving this to later release. Is possible to run under security manager, but 
does
involve setting up a .policy file, which involves work for the user.
