Not able to find taskdef files before build is run #235

Running ant gives the following output:

BUILD FAILED

askdef.properties not found in
c:\workspaces\impala\impala-repository\dist\impala-build-1.0-SNAPSHOT.jar

Added comment on wiki page to effect that user should run `ant build` first if 
this
problem should arise.
