IntegrationFilters and Servlets should allow non-HttpServlet subclasses #252

Applies as of r4705

Currently, only subclasses of HttpServlet can be used as delegate servlets
in framework integration servlets and filters. 

Should allow use of GenericServlet subclasses too (e.g. FacesServlet)
