Add config entry apilogs.filename Default Log Filename: apilogger-{m-d-Y}.log
Extend FileLogger to use config

@aungwinthant I am trying to install a fresh build, but it seems to pull in the older version. I dont see a tagged for this update, so I am trying to install master

composer require awt/apilogger:master

But reviewing the installed code, it is still the original version? Further, looking at packagist.org, it only shows dev-master (which is the older build)

Hi .I haven't update the package for next release. Some are still developing. May be wait a little bit and I will update soon. Sorry for my late update, currently I have some priorities to do and I will definitely release update in coming days.
