Evaluate Watershed Protection data #6

Expected Behavior

The Watershed Protection might have data that we could leverage.

We should check whether it could help us or not to collect the information we new to compute an accurate measure for impervious cover per capita.

I was not able to find any relevant data set from the Watershed Protection.

Re-open this issue if new pertinent information is found.
