Change Container-Interop to PSR-11 #163

Close #161

What else do we need to do to move to PSR11?

Related https://github.com/auraphp/Aura.Di/pull/145 . We are already with psr-11 . The container-interop implements psr-11 . If we change this now, we need to bump the version to next major version.
