Drop HHVM support #147

HHVM is no longer supported on Ubuntu Precise. Please consider using Trusty with dist: trusty. https://travis-ci.org/auraphp/Aura.SqlQuery/jobs/249719786

Hi @odan ,

May be we can push travis for a few more months until it is proven to be moving entirely different. So I think it is good to go for #148 .

@odan can you reopen this PR ?

May be we should consider merging this, hhvm looks failing in #148 . Also add 7.1 to the travis.
