Fixes Issue #38.
Mastodon client now includes functionality to support the post_include_content and post_include_media options.
PR includes:
test updates to assure new Mastodon client functionality
move the get_mimetype function from the WordPress client into generic client, as it has potential use in future revs of the Mastodon client (> 1.3.1)
add a client_extras top-level area with Mastodon sample scripts to enable acquiring necessary credentials (this will be fully detailed in subsequent Wiki documentation updates)
