use Gitbook Anchors Plugin in all books #576

This would allow jumps into any header on a page

To be used at:

I am still battling GitBook creation and use of either "private relative links" or adding an GitBook plugin as mentioned in the original post above. In order to resolve this in polite asynchronous fashion I will create a sample book where this can be "practiced" and verified.

Partially addressed - mostly as the consequence of GitBook gradual improvements since my remark above. Support for Algolia is now available to everyone - we just have to do some testing.
