The skeleton-plugin repo seems active while this one looks dead!? Which one to use?

Please make it clear in Readme. Thanks :)

It seems that we as a team behaved selfishly - not expecting that someone we do not know might have a look at these "utility repos"

Give me a day or two do make some order here :smile_cat:

Why not turn it into a slush generator ;)

kristianmandrup commented 8 years ago

I plan to use it for my aurelia-installer ;)

Hey @kristianmandrup, very cool stuff

We have actually been thinking about creating a similar solution, so this is great news for us.

I'd like to introduce you to a new project of ours: Monterey. Here you can find some screenshots. One of the goals of Monterey is to provide a GUI for existing tools. We are still smoothing out the rough edges but the first release should not be far out.

One missing piece of the puzzel is the feature to install plugins in apps. I really like some of the decisions you have made by targeting only aurelia-cli and putting plugins in charge of defining how they must be installed, so that an automated process can handle the installation.

If you would like to talk some more about possibly integrating aurelia-installer in Monterey then feel free to join us in our chatroom: https://gitter.im/monterey-framework/monterey. We are quite busy with preparing for the initial release, but that does not mean that we can't plan ahead.
