mac / safran #6

Only tested it on mac/safran browser for a few minutes. Fix so the grid should work, but from what I could tell you should not use lockedcolumns or so have many columns that it is wider than the content section of grid. If you dont follow these options it might lag a lot.

If anyone sees bugs in safran and have a fix then please tell me, I dot have mac of safran so I cant do much about it

moved to aurelia toolkit, all development will continue there
