The current documentation does not make it clear how styling is applied and can be overridden. This PR adds brief details on how to go about customizing the css.

Not sure what else is being asked for here. An example of my ghastly blue background and red borders to show it working?

Nah.. I mean documentation. Obviously it is not in the plugin docs. You just went through the process of customizing it. It would be really nice if you could share what one has to do to achieve what you achieved. And add it to the docs. So the next guy would have it eazy.
